One of the employees (a young kid) responded promptly with instructions on how to drop off the 10' truck and borrow storage space. When I arrived at the new 24-hour building's storage area, I struggled to open the storage door, and an employee (gentleman) came to assist me. I was also grateful for their clear explanation of the check-in and check-out process.

Renting trucks and short term storage is actually beyond easy here. I found their team to always be helpful, direct, and forthcoming. There’s no extensive wait to check in or out. There are so many stories out there about storage facilities. However, after several experiences with this location, I would recommend giving them a try.

This is a very well run location. The temperature control building that my storage unit was in, was impeccably clean. Always efficient. I’ve been very happy with the whole experience.
