U-Haul Moving & Storage of Troy

I returned the truck on-time on June but extra charges were added on July...... the check-out process was not transparent at all.
When I called U-haul office, they did not resolved it and gave me all kinds of excuses.....

Poorest service I seen. Came to fill propane tanks but the hag said they are too busy to help. What type of place advertise this then refuses to help v

Place is very understaffed. They had 1 lady manning both check out stations and taking phone calls. Line was out the door and took half an hour to check out

Gave them my number and not even a few days later getting calls from Nigeria and all over thanks for selling my information I'll be sure to let my friends brother at homeland know
