The guys here were great and super helpful! Facility was clean and well organized, and had everything I needed.

DON'T USE THE ONLINE SELF-SERVICE OR UHAUL WILL SCREW YOU OVER.

I used the online self-service to rent a van. When I set up the rental, the website had me choose a drop off location and rental duration. I set it to a 4 hour rental and a uhaul location close to my house for the drop off so that I wouldn't have to drive all the way back to this location.

I moved the items I needed to, then dropped the van off at the location that I had set up. The next morning, I wake up to a text from uhaul saying 'it's time to drop off your rental!' The text said that I needed to drop off the rental to this location, and if I didn't, I would be charged a
Inkwrong location drop off fee!'

At the advice of the uhaul call center I spoke to on the phone, I ended up going to the drop off location and explained the situation to the man who was working. He assured me that it was an error in the system, and that I would not have to worry about the wrong location drop off fee! I was only charged for the regular rental, so I thought that was the end of it.

Almost 2 weeks later, uhaul charges me $171 out of nowhere. No phone call, no email, no text, NOTHING was done to communicate this charge with me. I had to borrow money from my father to make sure my rent payment didn't bounce. And after I called and explained that I was told that I wouldn't be charged for something that wasn't my fault, the general manager told me that they wouldn't be reversing the charge!
My faith in uhaul is severely shaken, and I'm really not sure if I'll ever rent from them again if THIS is how they treat their customers. Shame on you, uhaul.

Gary was amazing and dropping it off was an easy low stress activity. Great customer service.
