Very unprofessional! I called on Aug 5th and made a reservation for a 20ft truck. I was told one would be on hold for me at that location and when I offered my credit card I was told they would get when I get there in the morning of Aug 10th. Well its a good thing I called the morning of the 10th before I drove down because I was told they didn't have my truck and I would have to go to another location! When I asked why, I was told that they should have told me that of the time of the reservation but it was never mentioned. I then had to drive to a completely different location out of the way but they were very helpful and got me the truck I needed and were very professional. Do yourself a favor and don't use this location go to location at 4655 N Oracle Rd if you want a pleasant and friendly experience.

Kyle was very helpful and got me the exact unit I needed for a special project. He was informative and friendly, making the experience a good one all around!
