U-Haul Moving & Storage of Tupelo

I commend the staff at Uhaul in Tupelo and Uhaul locations everywhere! These workers are lowly paid and are extremely busy because the corporations will not hire more people, or fail to retain the workers that they do hire. At the Tupelo location near Johnnie's Drive In, Skyler, James, and the guy checking in trucks (can't remember his name) were working hard as usual when I needed to rent a truck for my move. Yes, there's a wait, but it's not the staff's fault. Once you're being served by these heroic and underpaid workers, they are quick and efficient, and explain little details clearly and unambiguously. These workers have to deal with awful circumstances, such as rude and angry customers who don't want to have to wait more than 30 seconds for anything. They also have to deal with people who do not return vehicles that messes up the reservation system. Add in the heat and the long hours, these workers are great people and are a definite asset to an otherwise lousy corporation.

Been here 15 mins no customer service

Nice young lady running all by herself on Saturday morning. She did a solid job with a big smile the whole time for everyone in line. Also…. I had to extend my rental and it was super easy to do so on the phone with customer service.
