Been here 15 mins no customer service

Nice young lady running all by herself on Saturday morning. She did a solid job with a big smile the whole time for everyone in line. Also…. I had to extend my rental and it was super easy to do so on the phone with customer service.

DO NOT ORDER HERE!! Called us the afternoon before we were supposed to pick up our truck (in the morning) and said they would not have one available. We needed to have it the following morning and had to drive an hour away immediately to still be able to pack it when we needed to. We also struggled to get there prior to the other store closing, since Uhaul Tupelo let us know in the afternoon. We reserved this truck 3 weeks prior to them canceling at the last minute. Totally screwed us, acted like they were being kind to help us find another one. We were informed this is a common occurrence for this location.
