Scheduled installation of a tow bar on my vehicle several days in advance. Showed up for appt. People at desk were surprised I was there but then got someone to do the install.told us it'd be about 1.5 hrs so we left and came back 2 hrs later - it hadn't been started left. The guy doing the work-mgr Joey?, said they had him running all over so he was going to do it now. We sat and waited another hour. Then we're told it would be longer because he didn't have the normal parts they use. Then one of the office girls, who btw should be home on leave because of an injury....went to help him. She came back a half hour later and told us it was almost done and he just had the wiring left. Another worker helping him came in and told us the same thing. Another half hour and Joey came in and said that he was still working on getting the tow bar on and it'd be another hour or so (it's now 4:00) and then he has to finish looking at the wiring because it's nor what he thought it was going to be. So that would be at least an hour or maybe tomorrow. I was fed up with this. So I told him to remove the towbar and we're going elsewhere. Curiously...it only took 10 minutes to remove it and have my car sitting out front of the store. After 4.5 hours of monkey business? Peeps...Don't waste your time and if this Joey is a manager...yikes!!!
