The staff was very cooperative and friendly. They guided well to take pics and check the fuel if its different than the papers. 24/7 self-service is really nice. You dont have to worry about the office hours. The truck was well maintained and clean. Rates are reasonable, too.

The truck was running and had gas in it. Team was understaffed and were not able to show us to the truck, handed us keys and said to go find it in the back room. We rented a dolly and purchased a mattress cover. Were told where to find the dollys in the back room, and were never given the mattress cover. Had to request a refund.
The location has very limited on-site parking, and there are constantly folks/contractors outside hassling you to hire them for help. Fine if you need a truck quick and locally.
