It was a smooth process and I was able to return the vehicle after hours. I even received a discount for returning with extra fuel. Here is a major tip; the 15 foot truck is listed as having a 40 gallon tank. I was told that I would receive a $42 discount for returning the truck with a quarter tank. I received the discount, however it only took 6 gallons from empty to reach a quarter tank. So by paying $25 for fuel, I received a $42 discount.

The lady on the counter was so rude. Although we were helped by her colleague, she jumped in the conversation and started arguing with us very disrespectfully. The only question I asked is why there is a price difference in a very small dimension difference of trailers.
Sorry guys, you have been great, but your co-worker messed up the whole experience. I will definitely avoid your station for my future rentals. We were there with 3 kids, and they were seriously affected because of the escalation of the argument. We don't deserve this behavior as a customer. If she is not happy working there, I suggest her look for another job.
I didn't have a chance to ask for her name, so just to make it clear about who I am complaining about, today is September 28, 5.30pm.
I hope my complaint is seen by the management.

It was easy and convenient to check in using the website before coming into to the shop. It really does speed up the process.

The rental trucks are about the same as they've been for decades. Backup cameras are pretty inexpensive today and would be nice on the big trucks.
