This particular location has terrible customer service.They expect everyone to No , exactly what to do and where to go Even when it's their first time renting a uhaul. And then they get mad and upset about it when someone doesn't know where to go or what to do and I feel like they need a big change and the people working for them at this specific location or they need to update the requirements for the workers. They should be telling people where they need to drop things off at and telling them where to go and what to do to meet those requirements instead of expecting them to know and then get mad about it

Needed a one-way trailer rental, and started out that one was available ,then entered the information, not one available.

I literally couldn't do business without these guys. They are responsive, focused on meeting my needs, and efficient every time I am there. I can't say enough good about Michael. I'll just say his customer service skills go over and above my expectations.

I would suggest a quick wipe down of the interior, steering wheel was coming off black on wipe, was also sticky. However, over all convenience, timing, accessibility, and price was worth it. Thanks U-haul!
