U-Haul Moving & Storage of Twin Falls

Very unprofessional customer service at this location and extreme lack of care for the safety of their customers. We rented a car dolly to tow our car from Twin Falls to Burley and didn’t even make it out of city limits before the tire fbroke off the drum and flew into a field. We had to unload the car, detach the trailer and return to pick up a new trailer. Upon arrival, the employee Mike D. did not ask if we were okay or anything. His only concern was asking if we knew where the trailer was getting taken to so he could get it back for the next reservation. The bearing on the trailer was completely shot and that whole incident could have been avoided had U-Haul inspected and performed maintenance on their equipment.

Rented a trailer for two days. Picking up the trailer was easy and staff were courteous and helpful. They even helped me hook up the trailer, which is always nice! Overall, a great experience with the Twin Falls location — will rent again from them!

The customer service at this location is ridiculously terrible. They really do not care about customers and it’s obvious when you walk in. The most egregious problem we experienced is that Uhaul Corporate convinced us to bring an extra trailer from Twin Falls to our new destination in Oregon but the guy didn’t secure the hitch right. This almost caused a catastrophic accident on a highway when the hitch came undone and went under the tailgate while driving. This HUGE screwup could’ve easily killed someone and Lola in Customer Service couldn’t have cared less. Uhaul Twin Falls was not only rude to me multiple times during truck/trailer pickups but they put my family in extreme danger by being incompetent. Even the roadside assistance guy who fixed the hitch was angry about the way the trailer hitch was attached. DO NOT rent from this location. I am NOT happy with my experience and I will be contacting the Corporate office about this.

Do not store your stuff here!! Beware if you pay for storage they will not wait till the date you pay they will rack up storage fees so you can't pay then auction your stuff away. They making free money off of people.
