U-Haul Moving & Storage of Twin Falls

Shout out to the all the people that work at uhaul. Today, 10/18/23 at around 1:30 I walked into Uhaul to inquire about a trailer hitch for my car. After standing there for 10 minutes watching him fail to navigate his own system, he asked me for my phone number. I politely said I would not give it to him at that time because we weren’t doing any business yet. His response was, “And I don’t have to do business for you. Bye.” Very rude and unprofessional.

Had ordered a car hauler for 48 hours, booked a hotel and rented a truck, While packing my bags they called and told me they couldn’t honor my reservation as they gave it to someone else.

Never using U-Haul again this is the second time I’ve been burned. Use magic valley trailer rental, renter center, or Penske before calling U-Haul.

I bought a pigtail for towing to hook up to my car from this store and when I went in to pick it up the guy, Billy was terribly rude. If it hadn't already been paid for I would've left and purchased it somewhere friendlier.

Made a reservation online for a 26ft truck but they called less than 24 hours before I was suppose to pick it up saying they didn't have a truck and the best they could do was make me drive an extra hour away to pick up a 20ft truck and a trailer. They also said I needed to pick it up and drop it off a day earlier than I had made 'reservations' for and since it was within 24 hours of my 'reservation' I would have to pay a fee if I canceled, even though they didn't provide the equipment I had reserved. It really messed up everything with my move and caused a ton of stress. Highly recommend going with a different company.

I reserved a U-Haul and a lady named Nancy called 2 days prior to tell me if I wanted a truck from twin falls to reno I would have to drive 80 miles each way to get it. I had no choice she said. She was very rude showed no empathy and promised me extra miles and 50$ to help the gas. I had to drive my car 1.5 hrs each way. I got to the uhaul and the truck had 1/4 tank of gas so I had to gas it up before heading back. When I returned the truck they charged me for 10 miles extra which was 10$. WTH I literally went to the uhaul far away and to reno this is annoying. Nancy needs to get her act together. Talk to others nicer and give you the correct miles for your journey. Bad experience thanks to her at a time I was already stressed
