Quick, no hassle return of rental

Truck was in good condition. Tried to drop off the truck a little early, and said I could do so through the app, since it was after hours, and in the app it said I had 'no rentals to show'. So they charged me for this error $20 service fee. I even went to my receipt in my email, and hit the link to the app, signed in, and still said I had 'no rentals to show' in the app. Tried to do live chat, and the chat kept being cut off when I didn't answer within 2 minutes. It only took that long because they asked for my contract number, and I had to briefly look for it. Hopped back on the chat, and had to explain the whole thing again. They cut me off again when I went to check their dead link they gave me, which was no help at all. These guys rip you off. Get a truck from a friend of you can

Uhaul Provided a truck that should have been in a shop! Check engine light came on right after we loaded it and the local dealer said it was past due on an oil change AFTER I limped it back 90 MILES. I also didn't get the truck I reserved costing me over 100 dollars and taking a day off the time I booked it for. Ukiah uhual rented me a totally meshed up uhual just to get me out the door. I told them how far we had to go and they didn't take that in consideration at all when renting me a 'in town unit' Long story short UHAUL is not worth your time and will break a $50 guarantee to up-sale you a $150 rental... Thats was what was wrong the truck I wont go into deal on how the service was even worse.

Fuel wasn’t even at half a tank yet they expect me to put in more fuel than what was already in there. If I could I’d give 0 stars. Never using your services again especially after gas lighting me
