U-Haul Moving & Storage of University City

Booking my UHaul went well initially and the staff were friendly. Unfortunately I was charged for equipment pads that I never received. I called the Ucity location to notify them and I was placed on hold for 40 minutes, a staff member never returned my call. I called customer service and was transferred multiple times before I finally spoke with someone. I was then told reservations can only be updated within 30 minutes of Uhaul pick up. I would not recommend this location or Uhaul customer service.

The general manager has a smart mouth she needs more training an she do not know how to talk to customers

I've rented from various uhaul locations in the past couple of years, and pickup and drop off always takes so long. Today, Christina seemed to be working both pick up and returns by herself, and yet it was the fastest and smoothest experience I've ever had at any uhaul!

I keep going back to this location because they are professional, polite and very efficient processing you both in and out!
