Recently moved back to Pueblo and I was welcomed with my unit being broken into. They don't explain to you that you need your own insurance when you sign up. I was under the assumption that I was paying for them to secure and protect my belongings and they would be at fault if something happened. Anyway, Randal the owner clearly doesn't know what he's doing as he stated to me he doesn't and has reached out to other storage owners for advice which was 'get used to it'. He found the culprit of the thefts as they returned but instead of alerting the police he took it into his own hands now alerting suspicion to the thief. And today I received a call telling me that they had recent burglaries and my unit was touched but they wanted me to know... even though my unit was broken into a week prior... got to love Pueblo.
