I was thrilled that I was able to walk in and out in no time. Believe the employee's name was Mike. He was patient , knowledgeable and an all around nice guy. We were able to use the truck and bring back in about 3 hours. The checkout was fast and I even got a refund that he informed me about before leaving. I would DEFINITELY come back to this location if the need arises. Also want to give a shout out to the young lady who reached out to me as we were running behind in time. THANK FOR EVERYTHING, this rental made this move a breeze!
