Everything worked out in the end! Maggie, John, Annika (apologies if incorrect), and Mike, great team handled my ubox and return of my truck wonderful. I appreciate you all.

This branch was well maintained and the staff was supremely courteous. Should we need the services again, we'll be back!

Not customer friendly. Nickel and dime you for every and anything possible. I would recommend going to any of the 5 other ones that are very close by.

There were a few problems- my number was attached to someone else's name and other information- hence I did not receive a text about verifying the rental before leaving the lot also the adjustment to my account (name & number) was not made before leaving the office; when signing up for the Uhaul app my current/prior rental never showed up. Two charges for the rental.
I had to speak to the back office about all concerns. I also called the store and was given an explanation about the problems and told that this was a common concern for now. Lastly the two charges: one will be relased and the other charged once no longer pending.
I am ok about the help I received concerning each question.
