U-Haul Moving & Storage of Utica

I wish I could remember the name of the person who helped me today! He was very friendly and helpful (I want to say it was Nelson or something similar, he was working Friday 3/31/23 when we got there around 2:45pm). Everything was handled quickly and efficiently and he and the girl that were working were both friendly and the atmosphere was very pleasant. Truck was perfect and they made sure to have the equipment we needed ready to go as well. Thank you to these two individuals!

Less than 18 hours before my out of state move I got a call from u-haul canceling my reservation(stating no truck).. even w reservations and plans made weeks in advance. Spoke to Chad (the manager) who was less than understanding our helpful.. I will never do business with them again.. Thankfully Penske was understanding & made some calls and were able to get me what I needed even though they didn’t have it on site.

We needed a truck for a multi-state move. Brian found us a truck in 3 hours. We were able to complete the move in the allotted time. Thanks for coming through.

Don't go here for propane fill ups. If your tank is in excellent condition but too old, you won't get any gas. Never has any other place ever even checked the mfg. date. Even on old rusty tanks. Go somewhere else. They are also the highest price around.
