Review:
The manager K.J. and staff Sarah went above and beyond to make my experience the best ever. There was an issue that was undiscovered prior to the rental. There was a strong overpowering smell of gasoline in the truck that was very nauseating and made me ill. I was already halfway to my destination by the time the manager contacted me and he had offered to exchange the truck. I wasn’t in the middle of the dessert at that point and no place to exchange one. I was also on a very tight timeline to get the truck loaded and back to Cottonwood & get it unloaded.
The manager & staff made it right and I will definitely recommend and use them again. Thank you K.J. and Sarah!

Staff was kind and very friendly and very informed help me choose the right vehicle for my family’s move. Also Would recommend to all to choose this uhaul location before all others in cottonwood.
