DO NOT RENT FROM HERE. I wish I could give this zero stars. I never do reviews but I want to warn others of the situation I’m going through. We rented a pickup truck, everything went fine! We got our dressers it was great. Only 12 mins to location and 12 mins back. They then an hour after we dropped the rental off, tried charging my account $303! Didn’t even call to tell us about it! I called and spoke with the manager Mackenzie, she said there was significant damage to the number…. We did not hit anything or do any damage. The manager Mackenzie has awful customer service skills and was basically asking “can we prove it”. We didn’t think to take pictures before hand, she just gave us the keys and said it’s out front. A week later after talking with customer service AND President of the area, Thomas. He said we are still being charged because “clearly damage was done while we had the truck”. We DID NOT DO ANY DAMAGE. Did not hit anything. Nothing. We are being charged for nothing. Awful company, awful managers. I really advise going to Lowe’s, and they are cheaper!!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! I rented a trailer to transport a car and when I got to my destination I noticed one of the ramps were missing. I called to notify them right away it and when I returned the trailer they tried to charge me for the ramp. The still picture they provided of me leaving the U-Haul facility clearly shows the absent ramp, now I have to deal with claim audits to resolve this issue. The incompetent store manager McKenzie lacks customer service skills and common sense. She should be retrained or better yet, terminated. She just kept implying that I stole 'ONE RAMP', her claim is absurd. First of all, why would anyone take one ramp, secondly, if a ramp fell off the trailer it would not have gone unnoticed, especially on the highway. Last, her derogatory tone should be addressed by her district manager. This place offers mediocre service and I would not recommend it at all.
