U-Haul Moving & Storage of Victor

The equipment that was rented was a bit confusing. Kinda difficult when not explained until the literal last minute. Having to fill the truck and drive a full truck 30 minutes to get the transport hooked was a bit frustrating making a total of 3 trips 30+ minutes away with a full Uhaul given to me on E. Overall, I drove a 20' truck full with my SUV strapped to a transport and drove over600 miles away with my 11-year-old. Somehow backed the transport into a parking spot with a 20' truck I never drove before. The rental process was easy, and I did it same day, they (Victor Location) helped without the extra charges, Hank was excellent and looked out for me. Never had an issue with U-Haul. Pay and be respectful of their equipment will get you a long way. When you're ready JUST GO!!!

I returned the truck at 10 pm as scheduled. I had initially reserved the truck online until 8 pm. The staff asked if I wanna extend the time until 10 pm. I said I would like it if the cost will not change and she confirmed no change on the initial total, which was around $119. Now I see that I got charged $20.00 for “after work hours” drop off. This is unfair and unacceptable. I am quite disappointed due to this misleading information.
