Very disappointed with my rental , 2 young kids sitting at counter doing nothing as we entered , asked if I could use bathroom ?, wheww ?, totally disgusting, no toilet paper , ? all in toilet , really sitting at counter talking I felt one of the employees could fill paper or clean . the process took over 30 minutes. Then the U-Haul was horribly gross ?, it smelled of armpits and cigarettes trash and a dental pick on floor . When returning, kid wanted to charge me more than was stated on contract , disputing this , left not happy getting no where . Dealing with with a gentleman called by the name of Edwin , kindly heard my side and said he would not charge me the price .

Absolutely terrible customer service. Came in for my schedule time to pick time. Multiple customers were waiting for a worker. I had to search for someone for 20 MINS for the worker to say he will be there when he can. Another worker finally came in with no “hello” or “good morning”. On top of that, a poor customer had their car broken into. Terrible service, terrible workers, will never use their service again.
