Very bad service very bad customer service and very bad. Wait in time. I don’t recommend anyone to that location. You got treated terribly very badly and this location. It’s really really unsafe to be in.

Customer service is poor. The blonde older woman who says her name is Dawn is terribly rude, condescending and can't seem to handle this line of business.

The blonde lady was ridiculously rude from pulling in the parking lot and at the counter, also did not bill us correctly for 2 days as requested. Giselle was nice over the phone and assisted quickly, that was the only good experience but overall the customer service here was poor and when you're already in a rush and stressed with moving they should really make things more pleasant, that's something management should get across to their workers.
