Slow. Terrible customer service from corporate to the store itself. Couldn't let me rent the trailer after they took my money unless I had them install their electrical hitch adapter to my truck and replacing my stock wiring cause they didn't have an adapter that fit the truck. And wanted me a mechanic to pay to have it installed. Rentsl was supposed to be in zebulon. Another customer didn't do what they needed to do so I had to waste my time and gas to get to wake foresr where the trailer was dropped off at. Instead of having someone take it to where I wanted it to be. Had a reservation for 9am. Got there at 8:50. 4 people in line ahead of me. I didn't get checked in until 925. I had to wait for 35 minutes to get signed in. Guy helping me put the trailer on was the best part of the experience. Wasted my morning here for no reason and can move the car I need moved today anymore because of Uhauls incompetence. Will not be renting from them again and I suggest none of you do either.
