On Sunday 1/12th 2025 I rented a truck and returned it on the same day. I received a call today at 1:45 pm from a U-Haul representative accusing me of not returning the truck. I reiterated to him that my father returned the truck on the same day . He asked if we put the keys in the truck because he did not see the truck in the lot. After further review and checking footage, the truck was found . I was given no follow up or apology. My father called them and they admitted that they were not going to even call back to apologize. Terrible service do not use this U-Haul location

Very easy to pick up and return it.
