Not helpful. Pretty crappy customer service. I have a storage container that I rent from UHAUL. I happened to run out of gas right in front of the store. I asked one of the guys if I could borrow a gas container and that I would leave my badge to be sure I’ll be back to return it. He said “the gas station up the road has some they aren’t that expensive” so I repeat myself asking if he could help me and that I really didn’t have enough to buy that and gas. He repeated himself letting me know the gas station down the street could help me. I really didn’t want to spend $26 dollars on a gas tank, The night before thanksgiving when I still have last minute things to get and I also pay $240 a month at U-Haul for a storage container. Needless to say I found prime storage a lot cheaper so I’ll be moving out of U-Haul next week and moving to them. This isn’t the first time I’ve had to deal with crappy customer service at THIS U-Haul. But it will be the last.

Excellent experience. I booked online, went in to pick up the truck and Steve and the other female worker were kind. effecient and informative.. The truck was perfect, ran well, clean. No problems. I highly recommend and will always rent from here going forward. Thanks, Steve.
