I've had some poor experiences with staff at this facility. My last rental was a completely different experience. Your rental agent was helpful, friendly and knowledgable! She was literally the opposite of many of the other employees I've dealt with at your store. Not only was this reassuring, it also means I'll be back when I need something else. You should really double whatever you are paying her! No, really, please double her pay. Right away. Jen is literally the difference between me using your equipment and going somewhere else. I can't state strongly enough how she made my experience at your store painless and pleasant.

My experience was excellent in all regards. I called in to make my reservation and the person I talked to was very efficient and helpful. It was very easy to pick up my truck and get finas instructions.

Terrible service the manager does not know how to be professional in anyway we went to rent a truck and he failed to mention or go over any of the details with us. Manager is never actually in the store. It took us a week of stopping into the location and calling to finally meet with him and even his employee said that he popped in and out whenever he wants so unprofessional.

I reserved the 9 foot cargo van at noon and picked it up at 2pm. The lady was very nice and helpful. I reserved it for 4 hours but it took longer so she said to leave it under the cabopy and put the keys in the drop box. It was a great experience and the van was super nice too. Highly recommend uhaul.

Had no issues, great customer service. I'm going to legally change my name to Uhaul Eugene.
