Michelle is great!

The management at this U-Haul did a great job for my son and I. We each had a unit and the management (on their own) combined our accounts so that when we went into the facility with one unit account, but then entered the other unit it did not set off an alarm. This was great since we ended up combining the two units into a single unit. That is why we ended the contract with a unit. We were and are very pleased with this U-Haul facility!

Filthy truck full of dirt, dog hair with a roach on top. Manager states they have the cleanest trucks in the area. Couldn’t load my items into this filthy truck and they refused to reimburse me for the day lost due to me having to return it. Claimed to give me a few miles off but with the bill being as high as it was for this filthy thing I can’t tell the difference. Go anywhere but here. Gross and unacceptable.
