U-Haul Moving & Storage of Waupaca

Newest U-Haul rental location in Waupaca. When I went for an estimate the price was not what I ended up paying. Not sure what changed but was pretty disappointed. By the time I needed the trailer I needed it and couldn’t waste time haggling. Won’t do that again.

It was easy and smooth.

Waited for over 20min and no one showed up. Went to Waupaca rental instead!

They triple charged me for a trailer that was brought back within a day, manager is being completely disrespectful not even sure how he got a job there in the first place. They told me it is what it is and that they’re not going to take care of it. Completely unprofessional the way he handled the call and kept advising me to just hang up the phone. This manager left customers sitting in the front office for over an hour and not helping anyone out. I would advise to stay very far away from this place and Mac the manager. Had to call up the ladder to get answers.
