U-Haul Moving & Storage of Wausau

Horrible. First I was refused a truck locally and they wouldn’t give a reason. Secondly I have rented from uhaul before so I know I am able to rent through them. I ended up getting a uhaul out of town but for real. How does that work anyways? I didn’t know they could just say no for no reason. They had trucks available and like I said. I’ve used uhaul before. Am I good enough in one area and just not good enough in others? I just do not get the logic here. I literally ask why I couldn’t have one locally and they just said because we’re not renting to you.

Very disappointed. I reserved a cargo van but had to take a 10' truck instead, which made my unloading very inconvenient. Instead of backing in to a my building, I had to carry 3000 lb of lumber 30 feet in the rain... got soaked. A crappy experience.

U-haul at the Schofield location, did a good job, very helpful and nice!

Had four trucks to pick up. Never put the keys in a lock box like I was told. Left 45 minutes late. Guy at the counter was super slow and they decided to only have on person working the morning. Rent somewhere else unless you want to be late
