U-Haul Moving & Storage of Waxahachie

We called before coming to get a truck and trailer. They said they had some available. We drove 30 minutes and turns out they didn't have any trucks available. They didn't even apologize.

they are the worst haul company. they over charge my card and add extra miles on where i didn't go. this how i know i use the big truck first move it one time then it had to go back. got the second smaller truck use it 3 times and the mileage was less the the first one and they went to the same place.

Nothing! I called, mid afternoon on a Sunday. The young man was so nice professional, helpful. It was such as easy process and got the job done! Thank you. Definitely recommending to friends and neighbors.
