Rented a U-haul 10 ft. truck for September 12th. Picked it up about 7:30am. Returned truck around noon. No issues. Bianca was awesome! Great service!

Drop off location was changed on me overnight and was hung up on by female office employee then male employee was dismissive and flat out rude. They should be fired.
