Very clean, brand new facilities and units, they provide a lock for you, so helpful. Staff is very friendly and also has a little dumpster for renters. So nice.

The best place to rent u-haul equipment or get a storage locker in the country. Sydney is delightful and took care of me, such a professional!

It cost about $100 total including a little gas, to rent a 20ft truck for 24 hours and drive it about 16 miles for about 2 trips to move from one residence to another in Bozeman. Don’t believe the prices you see online because you will likely also get insurance and pay some other random fees. It feels excessively priced, but the customer service at this location was way better than the one on 7th Ave in Bozeman. Apparently this location is growing and they’re building up a more permanent building and storage adjacent to the current one. It’s fine, I would give it 4 stars for being overpriced but I won’t fault this one franchise because it’s nationwide fixed pricing.
