Storage is great but customer service can be better i called for only to be placed on hold and when I called back it took 10 times to get through and when I got through she seem like she doesn't want to be there .

Accidentally forgot to call and reserve but this location had the truck and car trailer hooked up before I showed up to pick up. Terrific team!

Terrible customer service. Manager is very rude and snotty, also left the store unattended with the doors unlocked.. I was supposed to get my U-Haul, on the day before I actually got it but due to yall employees I had to get it the next day.. after being told I could get a bigger truck for the inconvenience they denied when it came time to getting the truck.
