U-Haul Moving & Storage of West Davenport

I needed a U-haul to take my boys to college. I had to spray my U-Haul van that I rented with roach spray. The van wasn’t dirty at all. It was clean, but the fact that soon as I pulled up to the house, I seen a roach crawl under the mat and it had a big fat egg on it. So i tried to smash it and tan into the house for bug spray!!! The customer service representative took $40 off our total . Lets just hope no little roaches crawled into our college students furniture or clothing.

Provided great customer service and the service was awesome and quick. Definitely recommend

I have been here 3 times to get propane refilled. All 3 times it’s been nearly an hour wait. Today, I finally gave up after over 90 minutes passed and the single employee there kept forgetting that we were waiting and kept skipping over us (myself and 2 others waiting).. to say this place is understaffed is an understatement, but this isn’t a short term fluke deal as it’s happened 3 times to be over a year, so they aren’t fixing it

Becca, the manager, called asking where the truck was because it was booked at 7am the following day. She was told it wasn’t due back until 11am the following day and she argued back and was extremely rude and wrong. No apology was received and she had another employee call back to ask if we could try and get it to them. When an other employee was confronted, they explained that this is usual for how Becca talked to customers. There was 3 of the same truck onsite when we arrived. The truck itself had cruise control issues and I would have to pull over and turn it off and back on to get it to work.

Lady was extremely friendly and helpful for pickup, however at drop off the General manager was extremely rude i will not be back to this location. I’ve been in management for years and for her to be treating customers so poorly and her staff be extremely nice is so upsetting to see.
