The unibrow having store clerk first told me for whatever reason that he had to move my reservation to an online reservation. Then when I went to check out, the website told me that my order has timed out. After standing in the rain for 35 minutes Sir unibrow says I can help you inside, why couldn’t he help me during business hours? Why did I have to stand in the rain for 35 minutes, before he felt the need to do his job?

For years . I want to have a shout out to The manager, CJ Buckley he is the kindest manager I’ve met. I’ve been in service and sales for many years over 40 years. His thoroughness and kindness.!! His store is always his clean. I can’t say enough great about him. Thank you!!! Cj You are a good asset , to the company !! And his staff is friendly to Brandon the assistant is really nice and very helpful. If you’re looking for someone to give you great service and a clean place for your stuff this is where to go. I will never use uhaul again after dealing with this location. I hope every employee gets fired and can never find work again. I hope your kids kids never speak to you and that your parents disown you. GFY.
