Location of rental , friendly staff, great rates...

Google says this place is a propane refill location. They only exchange tanks. On the U-Haul website it has an entire page about refilling tanks and how it’s better than exchanging them, but when you go to a location they don’t refill them. Also don’t try to call a location and ask because you can’t get anyone on the phone and their automated phone service doesn’t give you an option to ask about propane.

Place had just what we needed for the price! Everything worked well and didn’t feel over charged

This location has some of the best staff and works so hard to make everyone happy. While they are under construction, they still manage to keep the place clean and work around everyone’s needs. Renting a truck is very simple and same with storage units. It’s climate controlled with elevator access to all 4 floors. You have a bay area where you can drive in instead of dealing with heat or cold, and it’s all very secure with card/PIN code access. They also have some spectacular move in deals as well. I know some google reviews aren’t the best but honestly my experience has been that the staff IS trying and working hard to please everyone. Keep up the awesome work and can’t wait to see how everything will look after construction is complete!!
