Dana B. was extremely helpful. She thoroughly went over the agreement and made sure that I understood the expectation of the rental.

I made a reservation on 12/9 to have a hitch installed on 12/17. I live in Conway SC and this was the closest location to me that could install a trailer hitch (this is over an hour drive). I made my appointment for 7am and when my boyfriend arrived after driving an hour the U-Haul wasn’t even open and no one was there when the hours listed are 7am-8pm. After he waited 20 mins for someone to come he got inside and told them he had an appointment scheduled to which the lady said they had no one here that could install a trailer hitch and they wouldn’t until Saturday 12/21…. After the lady said that when she was making the schedule she didn’t see any appointments it was just negligent on her end. She was also joking and laughing about it and all we got was a refund. Mind you this is not a cheap thing to do it was over $500 for this and now I have to wait for it to hit my bank account. Now our moving plans are set back time and gas was wasted on this 2.5- 3 hour journey. Would NOT recommend using this location for a U-Haul and if you do make sure you call in advanced to see if they have someone to do it.
