U-Haul Moving & Storage of West Greenwich

I can’t give it 5 stars only because I did not find my using the app pick up to be easy at all. I had even researched and did not realize that I would need another person to vouch for me if I didn’t have my passport with me (which I would have brought if I knew, I had been dropped off by an uber). It was a freezing cold night and took around 40 min to complete the whole process. I think part of that as due to the poor reception on my phone but still I was shocked it took so long (and I picked up after 11pm so to find a person awake to vouch for me was a miracle.) I do not fault the site for this, I just state it so it’s more clearly told to customers. I would rent from them again but I’m never doing it with just the app alone. Drop off to a human was quick and easy.

I've rented many U-hauls over the decades. This was, by far, the best experience with a rental I've ever had. HIGHLY recommend this location!!
