Don't bother renting here, or make sure it's nothing you don't want to lose. My unit , even alarmed gets broken into by staff and my property gets stolen . At times even returned a few weeks later. Obviously there cameras don't work and they shut the alarms off before entering, maybe at the end of the say this is going on.

Upon visiting the store, it was evident that there were several issues with management. The shelves were disorganized, and some items were out of stock. Employees seemed confused and disengaged, with some even standing around chatting instead of attending to customers. There was a lack of clear leadership and direction, resulting in a general lack of motivation and low morale among the staff. Additionally, the store was not properly maintained, with several items in need of repair or replacement. Overall, it was clear that the store was poorly managed and in need of significant improvement. Renting a truck should not take more than forty-five minutes on top of this. Disappointed in this location. I've been waiting for the signage that says “under new management.”

The rental process at the U-Haul store was frustratingly slow, taking over thirty minutes. The representative handling my rental couldn't figure out how to check me into my storage unit, despite multiple attempts. After waiting around for what felt like an eternity, I finally gave up and decided to go to Lil Rhody Storage instead. Not only did I save $30 per month on top of it, but I was checked in within five minutes of arriving.

I had used this U-Haul location a couple of months back, and everything went smoothly at that time. It's a shame that things seemed to have changed since then. Overall, the experience was quite disappointing and I would not recommend this U-Haul store to others who are looking for a quick and hassle-free rental process.

Staff was very attentive and fast service with a smile.
