U-Haul Moving & Storage of West Hartford

The pickup location was originally supposed to be at the Plainville location in CT. After arriving at the location for an early pickup the truck was not ready for us and the keys were not in the lock box. Extremely unprofessional from the staff and caused many inconveniences both financially and time wise due to their errors. This pushed back our moving time by over 2 hours and I would not recommend u haul to anyone again.

Went in for a propane tank refill, Aliza was very polite, patient and helpful given that it was a very hot day and truck rental returns were lining the driveway and customers were waiting, needless to say I was in and out of there in 10 minutes, thanks Aliza !
