Rip-off artists. Charged me extra $40 for mileage to return a broken truck and pick up a replacement truck. That should have been delivered to me.

Review:
I liked NO PART of my rental experience. When the confirmation was made via phone call, it was explained I'd get the remainder back after early return of the truck. When I returned the truck under the allotted mileage and a day early, the clerk accepting the truck back said it's not his problem and to call corporate because that is not how it works. I then spoke with Erica Pichardo from uhaul that said that is how it works. So, to sum it up, I had a very unsatisfying experience.
