U-Haul Moving & Storage of West Hickory

When you have a family trying to get where they are going safe during a hurricane and they are a few hours late looks like U-Haul would understand but no U-Haul is now trying to charge several hundreds of dollars because they were trying to be safe what a disgrace this company is

My sister and brother in law rented a truck and then they got stranded in Asheville nc due to hurricane Helene. They had to take a longer route to get home safely and not get caught in the flooded roads and they are now charging natural disasters victims 300 dollars for the extra miles. These pictures are what my sister witnessed first hand and thankfully they got home safe.

Great equipment - reliable - good pricing

Helped a friend of mine move and this place was so rude and disrespectful. They charged him twice and refused to make it right. They said 'it is what it is' and they're right it is what is it is, theft.

Based on this experience I'm pretty convinced this isn't legitimate, has to be a front.
