U-Haul Moving & Storage of West Irondequoit

Trailer in disrepair. Blew a tire as a result and spent 2+hours on I90. Would not recommend renting the car hauling trailer if going out of town.

A lot more relaxed then East Ridge Road folks.

If I could give zero stars I would... first off this location let someone rent a truck with her mother's id and credit card mind you her mother is like pushing 70 and they look nothing alike....2 a police report was made that her daughter stole her card and she never gave permission to use it... finally after like 4 weeks maybe 3 they take the van back... then this person called in a used her mother card again to pay for the van after the fact ? uhaul you knew what was going on and for you to tell that old lady there is nothing you can do???? It was your mistake yall don't keep notes on the account I find that hard to believe... so ya apparently if you want a quick ride just steal someone card and this uhaul will accept it and not take responsibility... I will be making a complaint with the bbb with all the documentation we have
