U-Haul Moving & Storage of West Lafayette

I haven't even actually had a chance to get the trailer yet, but we need a hitch installed before a move in mid-August. This isn't a last minute request, but I'm being told that it won't be possible for more than another two months due to staffing issues and an inability to get supplies in on time.

Planning this six weeks out is not last minute. I believe U-Haul should be able to offer people an alternative plan or help them to find a different provider. At the very least, offer some kind of discount.

This is a massive inconvenience during a stressful time of a move. Definitely dissapointing.

Rent a truck for local moving here. I pick up and returned the truck without any issue. Staffs are friendly and willing to answer my questions. Definitely will use them again.
