U-Haul Moving & Storage of West Lafayette

I reserved my truck online and picked it up on the day I needed it. Always happy with U-Haul they are the only moving company I use. ?

Good facility and staff, can get booked quickly so plan ahead.

Scheduled a trailer hitch install weeks in advanced at the west Lafayette location. I showed up and they didn’t even know I was supposed to be there. They told me the parts were not available. My frustration is that they couldn’t even call to notify me the parts were not available. I then continued to call customer service and they suggested I just go “elsewhere.” I then stated I would like to file and complaint then with them and I will plan to go elsewhere and she told me nothing else other than to have a nice day. So I assume the complaint wasn’t filed and if customer service tells me to go somewhere else even they know they suck.

Staff was very kind, helpful and professional; answered every question I had. Equipment was clean and felt safe, would recommend
