U-Haul Moving & Storage of West Pensacola

Website is misleading on the rental price. Attendant wrote my miles for one way trip then later charged me for over 100 miles.

I was charged for a full month on my storage but was only using my unit for a week. They didn’t even try to reimburse my money for the rest of the month. I don’t think that’s right

This place is used only for U-Hauls and U-Haul storage and I love that part about it. They picked up the phone quickly and were able to answer all of my questions. We explained and proved that the truck was absolutely filthy and mistreated before we got it and they were very apologetic. The area surrounding this location felt pretty sketchy to me but I felt safe on the property.
