U-Haul Moving & Storage of West Pensacola

This is the worst place of 'business' that I have ever encountered. The employees here conduct themselves as a group of mean-spirited high school kids (little boys), with no employment training at all. There needs to be a complete reorganization of the employees here, starting with the 'Manager' down to the janitor. The employees rarely answer the phone and the 'Manager' rarely owns the role that he is paid for, which is to professionally address U-Haul matters/U-Haul concerns of a customer. He has trained his minions to tell customers that request to speak with him, that he is on a conference call, when from what I experienced, he was standing outside on top of a truck, taking a phone call from the rude and disrespectful employee (Mike) inside displaying behavior that clearly states, he (Mike) does not belong in any role of 'employee'. I would advise NO ONE to conduct business here, unless you have nothing to lose (as the employees at this location) and have room to risk getting into an argument with a low life 'employee' (Mike) who is clearly unhappy with where he (Mike) is in his personal life, all because you ask to speak to a 'Manager,' and all the 'employee' (Mike) has the skillset to provide is a lie and sarcasm. U-Haul, please implement a coaching plan of action or reorganize this location.

No complaints everyone was helpful and took care of what I needed. I also use U-haul for my storage to and I will continue to send people to u-haul

I rented a 6’x12’ trailer and after the attendant had connected it to my truck he then did an inspection having me turn my right turn, signal and left turn signal on after verifying that my turn signals worked said I was good to go, but he failed to check the running lights by doing so I was pulled over by state police and received a citation for no running lights where the state trooper stated that the turn signals worked, but not the running lights when I contacted the Pensacola Florida location to explain what it happened. They told me I could do one of two things either. Bring it back to their location which was over 150 miles away. Or take it to a location nearby, where I would be charged the fee which I do not think is right the inspection was done improperly. So instead of paying around $60 I have been charged $610.
