Very easy and seamless

Helped a friend move & our reservation was via customer service & not the local office. They had me pick up at this location v.s. two closer ones? I was informed: “because that’s where the truck is at…” The truck was not good- no Bluetooth, uncomfortable cabin/seats and generally road pretty rough (had a slight shake in the right front end). The a/c did work great. I was going to rent a flat bed car trailer and they wanted to send me all the way out to the Collins location to hook up the trailer with vehicle being towed then proceed with my trip- so the availability of add-on equipment sucks. The rep’s I spoke w/ over the phone were all polite and tried 2 be helpful. If I needed a moving van/truck again then U-Haul is not going to be my first choice.
