I was only needing a van to move a bed and some items to college for my daughter, but the experience was so great I will tell everyone!!! The van was clean and the process was very simple!! I've used many locations over the years, this location is easy to navigate. (Pickup and Drop off) The staff is friendly and helpful. They make the process effortless.

I like the experience as far as the app The only thing is is my reservation wasn't showing up on my app or anywheres it was very frustrating I did not like that when I want to go and check it back in I couldn't do it like the proper way through the app because there's no reservation showed I mean overall U-Haul experience was terrific I love you guys you guys are great the van was clean van ran good it's just reservation experience I did not like
